I thought it would be cute to upload some pictures and info about Joel and myself as babies. Joel's new reference to chunky babies are "marshmallow" babies b/c their arms and legs look like marshmallows stuck together - that is definitely how I look in my baby picture. Joel looks very serious in his hospital picture - maybe they woke him up from his beauty rest! I know I have the same hospital picture of me, but not sure where it is, so the newborn picture at Nana's house will suffice for now - yes, I was born w/ brown hair and brown eyes and kept them both. Joel's hair actually looks almost red in his newborn picture and then went platinum blond when he was a little boy and at some point turned brown. In the later picture, he is actually being held by his great grand-father, which is probably the only picture we have of him - great that we could record it here! :-)
